Warranty

Tablet-EX-Gear offers a one year conditional warranty on its products.

When we say a “conditional warranty”, we mean that we will repair or replace any product with a problem that is a result of a defect in manufacturing for up to one year from purchase. We will not cover issues caused by abnormal use of the product such as lighting the product on fire, bears chewing on it, over loading, dragging behind a truck, etc. We trust you to make a determination on what is normal use.

If your product has failed as a result of normal use, please contact us. We would appreciate a detailed description of the problem and if possible a photo. This information will help us to make improvements to the product. Also, please let us know where and when you made the purchase.

 

Return Policy

You can return any Tablet-EX-Gear Product within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund – we will cover return shipping as well!

We do ask that you let us know why you are returning the product so that we can better understand our customers’ needs. Also, if you return one of our products we ask that the product be in a near new condition. If you would like to make a return, please contact us.

 

Delivery Policy

All product will be shipped via delivery option selected in the cart. Please expect delivery within 3-10 days. If you haven’t received by 10 days please contact us.

 

Sizing

Our Ruxton packs will fit most people. Comfortable is often the first comment we get from our customers! However, we could not create packs that will fit every shape and size.

If you are larger or smaller than this, please contact us so we can make modifications to get you a pack that it is fitted for you.
